Abstract

Una composicion para banos de enjuague de mamas para controlar mastitis, un método para preparar la composicion y un método para el tratamiento de mamas. La composicion contiene una mezcla polimérica formadora de película, al menos un agente antimicrobiano y un agente buffer de bicarbonato de sodio. La mezcla polimérica contiene un poliuretano termoplástico soluble en solvente y una poli(N-vinil-lactama) hidrofílica. Al ser aplicada a la piel de mama, esta composicion deja una película elástica, residual, resistente al agua, de larga duracion, que trata y protege la piel de la mama de infeccion.
