Abstract

Se propone un dispositivo y un proceso para el congelamiento de pellets de sustancias líquidas, en las cuales la sustancia se introduce dentro delcircuito de peletizacion (3) mediante el cual el refrigerante circula, y el refrigerante, después de hab er sido separado de los pellets, regresa al circuito yal conducto (3) mediante un dispositivo transportador (2), se proporciona una salida de canal del refrigerante (5), la cual se conecta a contra corriente delconducto de peletizacion (3), posee una salida (6) conectada al conducto (3) y, mediante una línea transportadora (17) se conecta a un dispositivotransportador (2) para llenar con refrigerante y un medio (8) para regular el nivel del refrigerante que se proporciona sobre el canal (5).
