Abstract
Process for manufacturing a tubular unit outside the work area to couple double-walled tubes comprising an outer tube or jacket and an inner tube or conductor, by means of a bell-shaped piece. For the manufacture of the pipe it is based on tubular sections bounded in length. One of the ends of the inner tube is heated between 850-950 * C (depending on the chemicals used) and then be shaped and subsequently machined. It is eventually heat treated according to the required degree. To control the thermal insulation, the hood is covered with aluminum foil and then with ceramic fiber material, arranged in a helical way. The next stage consists in covering the ceramic mantle with a fiberglass cloth and thus generating a set that allows smooth sliding through the outer tube allowing threading without causing breakage or sliding of said insulating blanket. The insulated assembly is subsequently sealed with an adequate tension that allows it to be compacted by placing the tubes in the injection well in an upright position. The insulated unit is threaded to the external tube 3 and welded on its ends alternately. The tubular unit obtained by the process is also disclosed.
