Abstract

Se proporcionan nuevas composiciones farmacéuticas, en particular formulaciones orales para la administracion una vez al día de un fármaco/medicamento, y anuevas unidades de dosificacion solidas para la incorporacion de dicho fármaco/medicamento.Las unidades de dosificacion solidas proporcionan una cesionescalonada del fármaco al blanco, o bien prolongan el efecto faramcéutico. Las composiciones son aprticularmente utiles para la liberacion, en multiples fases,de inhibidores del tipo bombade p rotones , tales como el lamsoprazol, el pantoprazol, el omeprazol, el perprazol, etc.
