Said method covers the processes of: supplying sugar cane pieces of a high sucrose content, extracting the sugar cane pieces from sugar cane using a roller swirl; filter and as an option, treat the neutral guarapo with one or more coagulants, to achieve a guarapo product with a purity of 99.1 to 99.9%; and pasteurize the purified milk. As an option, the guarapo is concentrated to reduce weight and volume.
