Abstract
Se implementa una topología tipo red en estrella para un sistema de sincronizacion, donde la informacion sobre sincronizacion irradia desde una fuente dereferencia primaria centralizada que comprende el sistema mundial de determinacion de posicion(G PS). Un receptor GPS instalado en cada centro de conmutacionde moviles y estacion de base de una red de comunicaciones inalámbricas suministra el pulso de reloj clasificado de estrato 1 a un reloj local. El reloj localajusta el tren de pulsosrespect o de ese pulso de reloj y genera un correspondiente pulso de reloj de sincronizacion clasificado de estrato 1 para controlarlas operaciones de temporizacion del centro de conmutacion de moviles o la estacion de base. En caso de que falle lafuente de referencia primaria GPS o sedegrade su exactitud, se efectua un cambio a una topología tipo red en árbol o lineal, donde la informacion sobre sincronizacion fluye en direcciondescendente desde los relojes locales del centro de conmutacionde movile s a las estaciones de base. La operacion del sistema de sincronizacion de la red secoordina por medio de un administrador de sincronizacion mantenido por el sistema de administracion de la red de transporte de la red. La sincronizacionmuyexacta que usa estas topologías, brinda soporte a la prestacion de servicios de valor agregado tales como localizacion de estaciones moviles e indicacion deltiempo en la informacion.
