Abstract

Una tela compuesta laminada (70) adecuada para utilizar como hoja superior (38) para un artículo absorbente (20). La tela es un laminado de dos materialespermeables a líquidos, el primero de los cuales es una tela no tejida perforada hidrofoba (210)con un área eficaz provista de aberturas (204) con un tamanoeficaz en tanto que el segundo material es una película formada macroscopicamente expandible (250) con un área abierta eficaz. La película formada estáprovista de capilares (241) definidosp or porciones de pared lateral interconectadas. El tamano eficaz de los capilares es tal que cada abertura de la tela notejida circunscribe una porcion, por lo menos, de dos o más capilares. Se trata, preferentemente, la superficie exterior delmateri al no tejido con untratamiento superficial con una energía superficial menor que la energía superficial del material no tejido. También, artículos absorbentes utilizan la telalaminada como hoja superior y un método para fabricar la telalaminada en e l cual se crea una pluralidad de lugares debilitados estabilizados por fusion que serompen luego, creando una pluralidad de aberturas no tejidas en la tela, y se une una superficie de una tela polimérica tridimensionalmacroscopicamenteexpandida a un a superficie de la tela no tejida perforada para formar la tela compuesta laminada.
