Abstract

Un proceso para recuperar un antibiotico oligosacárido lipofílico a partir de un caldo de fermentacion acuosa que contiene el antibiotico lipofílicomezclado con impurezas, derivados y/o solidos suspendidos, que comprende: a)combinar dicho caldo de fermentacion con un adsorbente; b)ajustar el pH del caldoalcalino a fin de solubilizar el antibiotico en el caldo; c)dar tiempo suficiente para que el antibiotico en el caldo alcalino sea adsorbido por el adsorbente;d)ajustar el pH del caldo a casi neutral a fin de estabilizar el antibiotico adsorbido en el adsorbente; y e)separar el adsorbente en el caul el antibiotico esadsorbido a partir del caldo.
