Abstract

La invencion proporciona métodos novedosos para procesar grano, particularmente maíz y frijoles de soja, utilizando tiorredoxina y/o reductasa detiorredoxina, para mejorar la posibilidad de extraccion y recuperacion de almidon y proteína. La invencion proporciona además plantas transgénicas novedosasque expresan tiorredoxina y/o reductasa de tiorredoxina termoestable.
