Abstract
Un sistema de reaccion para la produccion de espumas rígidas de poliuretano o de poliisocianurato modificado con uretano que comprende (A) unpoliisocianurato orgánico. (B) una composicion reactiva al isocianato que contiene una pluralidad de grupos reactivos al isocianato. (C) un agente de expansionque comprende un hidrocarburo y agua en el cual la cantidad de agua es menor o igual a 1,0% en peso basado en el peso total del sistema de reaccion, (D) unmaterial que contiene fosforo seleccionado apartir del grupo formado por compuestos de organo-fosforo elemental en el cual la cantidad de material usado estal que la cantidad de fosforo en la composicion es de aproximadamente 0,3 a aproximadamente 2% en peso basado en el peso total del sistemade reaccion; y sise usa un compuesto organo-fosforo que contiene halogeno, no contiene más de 1,4% de halogeno basado en el peso total del sistema de reaccion. Un proceso paraproduccion de espumas rígidas de poliuretano o de poliisocianurato modificado con uretano comprende la reaccion del sistema de reaccion. Una espuma rígida depoliuretano o poliisocianurato modificado con uretano preparadas a partir del sistema de reaccion tiene una resistencia al fuego mejorada.
