Abstract

Compresor a diafragma que comprende una biela (10) con un extremo montado al eje excéntrico (E) de un motor (M) y un extremo opuesto en forma de cabezaalargada (11); una carcasa que rodea la biela (10) y presenta una abertura superior extrema (21) enla cual está fijada una tapa (30); un diafragma fijadoentre la tapa (30) y la carcasa (20) y teniendo su porcion mediana asentada y presionada por un disco rígido (50) sobre la cabeza alargada (11) de modo dedefinir con la tapa (30) una cámara de compresion (C) y una cámara de descarga (D) divididas por una placa de válvulas (60) llevando una junta flexible (70).De acuerdo con el invento, las válvulas de succion (VS) y de descarga (VD) son formadas por respectivas porciones (41,71) del diafragma (40) y de la juntaflexible (70) las cuales son elásticamente deformables, desde una posicion de válvula cerrada en la cual permanecen asentadas sobre la cabeza alargada (11) ysobre la placa de válvulas (60), respectivamente, obturando el orificio pasante (12) de la cabeza alargada (11) y el orificio pasante (62) de la placa deválvulas (60) e impidiendo la comunicacion fluida entre la cámara de compresion (C) y la atmosfera y entre dichas cámaras, hacia una posicion de válvulaabierta cuando lapresion de la cámara de compresion (C) alcanza un cierto valor en el cual dichas porciones de diafragma (41) y de junta flexible (71) sonalejadas de la cabeza alargada (11) y de la placa de válvulas (60) permitiendo la comunicacion fluida entre la cámara de compresion (C) y la atmosfera y entrelas dos cámaras.Diaphragm compressor comprising a connecting rod (10) with one end mounted to the eccentric shaft (E) of a motor (M) and an opposite end in the form of a long head (11); a housing that surrounds the connecting rod (10) and has an upper upper opening (21) in which a cover (30) is fixed; a diaphragm fixed between the cover (30) and the housing (20) and having its median portion seated and pressed by a rigid disk (50) on the elongated head (11) so as to define with the cover (30) a compression chamber ( C) and a discharge chamber (D) divided by a valve plate (60) carrying a flexible joint (70). According to the invention, the suction (VS) and discharge (VD) valves are formed by respective portions (41.71) of the diaphragm (40) and of the flexible joint (70) which are elastically deformable, from a closed valve position in which they remain seated on the elongated head (11) and on the valve plate (60) , respectively, by blocking the through hole (12) of the elongated head (11) and the through hole (62) of the valve plate (60) and preventing fluid communication between the compression chamber (C) and the atmosphere and between said chambers, towards an open valve position when the chamber pressure is compression (C) reaches a certain value in which said diaphragm (41) and flexible joint portions (71) are removed from the elongated head (11) and the valve plate (60) allowing fluid communication between the chamber of compression (C) and the atmosphere and between the two chambers.
