Abstract
Composiciones limpiadoras de alimentos básicos que utilizan ingredientes compatibles con los alimentos a tratar, alimentos tales como productos agrícolas,e.g. frutas y vegetales, y proteínas animales comestibles, se proveen con perfume no duradero específico. Las formulaciones líquidas y solidas en polvodiluidas con agua que también comprenden perfume no duradero se aplican a productos alimenticios poco antes de consumir y se permite que permanezcan por lomenos durante un medio de minuto aproximadamente para reducir significativamente la contaminacion por microorganismos. Said composition comprises: (A) a food compatible disinfectant consisting of a basic buffer solution, a chlorine bleach or peroxygenated and antimicrobial (B) a non-durable perfume, (C) optionally surfactant, calcium ion sequestrant surfactant, calcium ion sequestrant , cyclodextrin, preservative, foam suppressant and (D) non-organic aqueous diluent. A method for food treatment and an article of manufacture with said composition is also described.
