Abstract

Composicion detergente para lavandería que comprende un tensoactivo del tipo alquil poliglicosido y una celulasa de origen fungico que tiene un pH optimoen el rango desde 4 hasta 10 y sin un dominio obligatorio para celulosa. Dicha celulasa se obtiene de Humicola isolens, Trichoderma longibrachiatum,Trichoderma ressei y/o Trichoderma viride. Está comprendida en una gama del 0,0001% al 0,1%. El agente tensioactivo del tipo alquil poliglucosido tiene laformula: R-O-Gx en donde R es un grupo alquilo C8-20; G es un grupo derivado de un sacárido reductor C5-6, preferentemente una unidad de glucosa; y x está enpromedio en la gama de 1,0 a 3,0 y representa el grado de polimerizacion promedio del tensoactivo alquil poliglucosido.
