Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un método para evaluar estructuras absorbentes por su capacidad de manejar fluidos mediante la utilizacion de materiales quetienen una capacidad de absorcion de humedad que es muy parecida al comportamientode la piel humana. Esto se logra por medio de la utilizacion demateriales que no funcionan en base al transporte capilar por humedad, sino que comprenden como un elemento esencial materiales que aumentan en volumen peroson insolubles en forma depelícu la. Tales materiales pueden estar basados en proteínas, Glicina, Prolina, 4-hidroxiprolina, azucares que ocurrennaturalmente, glicerina, sorbita, colágeno. Un material particularmente preferido es un material de película quecomprende colág eno.
