Abstract
Carrete para soportar fibras opticas que comprende un tambor de bobinado (2) de forma tubular cilíndrica, un par de bridas de contencion (3), cada unade las cuales se encuentra posicionada cerca de uno de los bordes finales (2a) de dicho tambor,un tubo central (6) posicionado coaxialmente dentro del tamborde bobinado (2), y al menos un par de bridas de interconexion (7)posicionadas a cada lado de un plano transversal medio (X-X) del carrete(1), cada una de lascuales se extiende desde el tubo central (6) al carrete de bobinado (2). Dichas bridas de interconexion (7) están unidas al tambor de bobinado (2)en un puntode fijacion (P) y al tubo centralen un punto de anclaje (P). Este punto de anclaje (P) está posicionado más cerca del plano transversal medio (X-X) delcarrete que el punto de fijacion (P), de modo de formar un ángulo dado entre dicha brida de interconexion (7) y el tubo (6) para limitar la deformacion delas bridas de contencion durante la rotacion.Reel for supporting optical fibers comprising a cylindrical tubular winding drum (2), a pair of containment flanges (3), each of which is positioned near one of the end edges (2a) of said drum, a central tube (6) coaxially positioned inside the winding drum (2), and at least one pair of interconnection flanges (7) positioned on each side of a middle transverse plane (XX) of the reel (1), each of which extends from the central tube (6) to the winding reel (2). Said interconnection flanges (7) are connected to the winding drum (2) at a fixing point (P) and to the central tube an anchor point (P). This anchor point (P) is positioned closer to the middle transverse plane (XX) of the spool than the fixing point (P), so as to form a given angle between said interconnection flange (7) and the tube (6) for limit the deformation of the containment flanges during rotation.
