Abstract
Un método de síntesis de genes. El método de síntesis de genes permite cambiar los codones de un gen natural m para permitir la transcripcionpreferencial y traduccion de un gen sintético en organismos transgénicos. El método utiliza unacombi nacion de síntesis química y enzimática de ADN y reducesignificativamente el costo, tiempo y numero de etapas requeridas para la construccion de genes sintéticos.
