Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento que evita aguas residuales, destinado a soldar partes componentes de aluminio y aleaciones de aluminio mediantela utilizacion de agentes fundentes, especialmente sobre la base de fluoroaluminato depo tasio, en suspension acuosa. Puesto que, después de undeterminado período de tiempo, la suspension gastada se intercambia por una suspension de nueva aportacion y regularmente deben ser limpiados losequipos, resulta un agua residual quecontiene un agente fundente- por ejemplo fluoroaluminato de potasio-. Tal agua residual era hasta ahoradescargada al medio ambiente. Se ha encontrado ahora que tal agua residual puede se devuelta al procedimiento de soldadura despuésde haber se paradoel agente fundente. De esta manera se puede evitar ampliamente la generacion de aguas residuales. Puesto que con frecuencia se emplean agentes tensioactivos yéstos también son devueltos en circuito cerrado, es posible un corres pondiente ahorro de agente tensioactivo. Además de ello, se protegecorrespondientemente al medio ambiente.
