Abstract

Un dispositivo luminoso, preferentemente aplicable con fines decorativos, de senalizacion y/o demarcacion en general, que comprende un cuerpo tubulartraslucido definido, en una realizacion preferida, por una vaina exterior, conformada porfila mentos entrelazados, y un tubo alojado en el interior y alo largo de la vaina. Dentro del tubo está alojado al menos un elemento emisor de luz, tal como una lámpara incandescente, un diodo emisor de luz, unalámpara de neon o fibras opticas. Laluz e mitida pasa a través del cuerpo tubular y se difunde por los filamentos de la vaina, dando como resultado unailuminacion substancialmente uniforme a lo largo del dispositivo. En una r primera realizacion, el tubo es de materialplástico fl exible, en tanto que lavaina está construida con materiales plásticos flexibles y resistentes a la traccion.
