Abstract

Comprende poner en contacto anhidrido fosforico y un cianuro en una mezcla de reaccion en condiciones adecuadas para producir un cianofosfonato;y opcionalmente, hidrogenar el derivado cianofosfonato en presencia de catalizadoradecua do bajo condiciones suficientes para producir un derivadoaminometilfosfonato. Los compuestos con contenido de fosforo tales como los derivados de cianofosfonato son precursores importantes para la síntesis decompuestos organofosforados,que tiene n numerosas aplicaciones, por ejemplo, en herbicidas, insecticidas, fertilizantes, retardadores de llama y pastificantes.Los derivados de cianofosfonato pueden ser convertidos en derivados de aminometilfosfonato, que han sidoprecursores par ticularmente importantes en lasíntesis de N-fosfonometilglicina, un herbicida comercial altamante eficaz (comercializado bajo la marca Roundup (TM)) util para el control de una granvariedad de malezas. Las síntesis de talescompuestos organofosf orados comunmente han usado un derivado halogeno de fosforo como material inicial.
