Abstract

Un método para efectuar biorremediacion en un sitio que necesita tal remediacion. Este método comprende poner en contacto dicho sitio con unacantidad suficiente para efectuar dicha remediacion, de un cultuvo de microorganismos, opcionalmente en combinacion con una formulacion de nutrientesque comprende Na, Cl, P, Mg, Ca, S, Zn, Cu, Co, I, Se, Fe, K, Mn, Mo, Si, B, Ni y Rb, estando dicho cultivo de microorganismos preparado por: i) laobtencion de una muestra inicial del cultivo de microorganismos a partir del tracto gastrointestinal de un mamífero; ii) el cultivo de la muestra en unmedio que comprende sodio, potasio, calcio, magnesio, fosforo inorgánico y cloro o sales de los mismos; iii) el cultivo de la muestraresultante de laetapa ii) en presencia de una fuente de nutrientes que comprende un grano o una hierba; iv) la separacion del cultivo de microorganismos resultantes de laetapa iii) de la fuente de nutrientes; y opcionalmente v) la exposicion delcultivo resultante de la etapa (iv) a un campo magnético. Además, se da aconocer un método para estimular la actividad de microorganismos in situ, que comprende aplicar una cantidad estimuladora de la actividad biologica, de uncultivo de microorganismos opcionalmente en combinacion con una formulacion de nutrientes como los dantes descriptos, a los microorganismos que se deseaestimular in situ.
