Abstract
Se describe un novedoso procedimiento para la fabricacion en seco de percsodio (procedimiento en seco), el cual se obtiene partiendo inventivamente de mososa y siendo éste transformado, referido al contenido de oxígeno activo deseadopercarbonato des odio, con una cantidad cuasi-estequiométrica de solucion acuosaconcentrada de peroxido de hidrogeno. El procedimiento precedente se deja combinforma muy ventajosa con una subsiguiente compactacion del percarbonato de sodioproducido. De esta manerase pueden producir productos de percarbonato de sodio contenidos variables de oxígeno activo de al menos 10% en peso, particularmenteembargo con contenidos mayores de oxígeno activo de más de 14,5%. Los productos percarbonato de sodio así fabricadosse caracterizan por propiedades sorprendentparticularmente ventajosas en cuanto a la velocidad de solubilidad, estabilidad compatibilidad con productos pase para lavar y son superiores con respecto a perde sodio convencionales obtenidos por ejemplomed iante el procedimiento convencicristalizacion. Asimismo son objeto de la presente invencion productos que contiproducto de policarbonato de sodio y preparaciones para la colada y blanquear. The preceding procedure is left in very advantageous combination with subsequent compaction of the sodium percarbonate produced. In this way, sodium percarbonate products can be produced with variable active oxygen contents of at least 10% by weight, particularly with higher active oxygen contents of more than 14.5%. The sodium percarbonate products thus manufactured are characterized by surprisingly particularly advantageous properties in terms of solubility rate, stability, compatibility with pass-through products and are superior to conventional sodium losses obtained by example by means of the conventional crystallization procedure. Also included in the present invention are products containing a polycarbonate of sodium and preparations for laundry and bleaching.
