Abstract
Una red de radio comunicaciones privada con transferencia movil asistida de una conexion de tráfico encriptada entre estaciones bases enlazadas de una redde radio comunicaciones privada provista de una multiplicidad de estaciones base y untermin al movil. El terminal movil detecta una calidad de senal de unatransmision de báliza recibida desde una estacion base mientras una conexion de tráfico encriptado está en curso con otra estacion base. Las transmisionesde bálizas sonrecibidas y det ectada una calidad de senal durante las tramas inactivas de la conexion de tráfico en curso. El terminal movil puede tambiéndetectar la calidad de la senal de la conexion de tráfico y transmitirla hacia la estacion base. Lacalidad de la senal de tectada y la identificacion de laestacion base transmisora de la báliza son provistas a la red la cual determina si debería iniciarse una transferencia. Dependiendo de cual de los numeros detrama de TDMA actual de la estacionbase que entrega o que r ecibe será utilizado para la encriptacion de una conexion de tráfico encriptadatransferida, un numero de referencia es intercambiado entre la estacion base que entrega y la estacion base que recibe la conexion.Si el numero dereferencia d e la estacion base receptora será utilizado, es transmitido hacia el terminal movil en un canal de control de la conexion de tráficoencriptada en curso desde la estacion base que cede la conexion. Latransferencia toma lugar dentro de s olo una multitrama de protocolo de TDMA y,después de la correccion por cualquier demora en la transferencia del numero de referencia de TDMA, la transferencia toma lugar en la siguiente multitrama.También proponeun método para mantener una conexion de tráfico encriptada entre estaciones base de otra red.
