Abstract
Un conjunto de motor y ventilador, para un acondicionador de aire, incluye un ventilador centrífugo adaptado para rotar alrededor de un eje longitudinal.El ventilador tiene una extremidad de entrada, abierta, en una de sus extremidadeslon gitudinales, y una particion de extremidad, convexa y cerrada,que define un espacio en forma de copa, en la otra extremidad axial del mismo. El motor del ventilador comprende una carcasa que tiene una longitud axial y unancho y un árbol detransmisi on que se extiende desde una extremidad axial del mismo. La particion de la extremidad cerradaa, del ventilador centrífugo, tieneuna abertura a su través, ubicada centralmente y dispuesta axialmente, estando el árbol de transmision delmotoro adapt ado para se alojado en dicha aberturay de fijado en la misma de manera operativa. El ancho de la carcasa del motor y el espacio con forma de copa, están dimensionados de manera de permitir que unaporcion sustancial de la longitud axialde la carcasa del motor sean alojados dentro de dicho espacio con forma de copa, cuando el árbol de transmision estáoperativamente fijado a la particion. Se propone un modulo evaporador para un acondicionador de aire, que utiliza dicho conjuntoy que incluye u na carcasaestructural puertas adentro provista con una pared posterior que está provista con una abertura axial hecha en ella, la cual abertura está adaptada de modo dealojar en ella por lo menos una porcion del motor del ventiladordel evaporador. La pared posterior incluye además una estructura para el soporte delventilador, asociada con dicha pared posterior, y que define dicha abertura. La estructura para el soporte del ventilador, está adaptada de modo de extendersedentrode dicho espaacio que tiene forma de copa, a efectos de acoplarse con dicha estructura de soporte del ventilador, de modo de soportar el sub-conjunto
