Abstract

Se propone un envase inviolable con sello indicador de adulteración o violación, fabricado con material plástico y que comprende: un pote (1)formado por una base (7) con superficies casi perpendiculares, adyacentes, que forman sus paredes laterales (8), que contienen uno o más refuerzoshorizontales (9) y/o verticales. En los extremos de las paredes laterales del pote se encuentra el borde del pote (12); una tapa (2) formada por una base(11), adyacente a la cual se encuentra el borde de la tapa (10), que se encaja externamente en el borde (12) del pote, en el cierre del envase;sistema de sello indicador de adulteración compuesto por la unión de la tapa (13) con el sello (15) del pote, ambos teniendo por lo menos una línea dedebilitamiento (3), que facilita la separación de este sistema de sello durante la apertura del envase, indicando su adulteración o violación; unsistema de bisagra que permite que la tapa permanezca abierta sin separarse del pote, formado por la unión de la bisagra (14) de la tapa con la bisagra(16) del pote.
