Abstract

Se revela una disposición y método en una red de radiotelecomunicaciones para impedir las transferencias fraudulentas de llamadas restringiendo odesactivando selectivamente una caracteristica de transferencia inmediata de llamadas (CTR). La disposición incluye una base de datos de información sobreabonados que incluye información relativa a las características activadas y los números para transferencias de cada abonado. La disposición también incluyelógica de características conectada a labase de datos para realizar funciones relacionadas con las características activadas y para negar los serviciosrelacionados con las características que no están activadas. Se conecta la lógica de desactivación de CTR a la base de datos y a lalógica decaracterísticas para restringir o desactivar selectivamente la característica CTR cuando se detectan condiciones indicativas de uso fraudulento. El métodorestringe o desactiva la característica CTR, si la cantidad de peticiones de transferencias de llamadas CTR excede un umbral de cantidad de peticionesdentro de un período de tiempo predeterminado. El método también puede restringir o desactivar la característica CTR si el número telefónico para transferencia incluido en la petición de transferencia de llamada CTR no está en la lista de números telefónicos aprobados para transferencias. La lógica dedesactivación de CTR puede también restringir o desactivar la característica CTR si cualesquiera dos peticiones sucesivas de transferencias se producendemasiado rápido.
