Asimismo se incluyenlos métodos para prepararlo.The food product comprises 0.01 to 5% (w / w) of crosslinked bacterial cellulose, wherein said crosslinked bacterial cellulose is dispersed in an edible carrier and said carrier is selected from the group consisting of candied dried fruit paste, candied spread paste , milk-based product, substitute for milk-based product, frozen snack, filling, bread, meat cream-based soup, fatty soup and sauce. Also included are the methods to prepare it.
