Abstract

Se relaciona con la rama de la Medicina Nuclear y en particular con la aplicación del anticuerpo monoclonal ior C5 para el diagnóstico y terapia detumores colorrectales, sus metástasis y recidivas. Para ello proporciona una composición que contiene anticuerpos monoclonales que reconocen elantígeno ior C2 y un ligando débil con el agente reductor Sn(2+) para realizar la transferencia del Tc-99m, Re-186, Re-188 y sus similares, útil parael diagnóstico por inmunogammagrafía yradioinmunoterapia de tumores colorrectales y recidivas.
