Abstract

Un aparato integrado caldera-quemador con bajo NOx, que incluye una caldera prefabricada montada en fábrica, alimentada horizontalmente que posee unimpelente y un espacio del hogar que consta de un quemador multi-tobera (MNB) con varias toberasesp aciadas en forma horizontal y vertical ubicadas en laentrada del espacio del hogar para suministrar combustible al espacio del hogar. El MNB distribuye el calor de los gases de combustión a través delespacio del hogar para reducir almínimo la formación de NOx. Se cuenta con uno o más tubos refrigerantes dentro del espacio del hogar justo debajo del MNBpara reducir rápidamente la temperatura de los gases de combustión. Como alternativa, se pueden colocar conductosinternos de aire e perforadoslateralmente dentro del espacio del hogar solos o en combinación con el tubo refrigerante en varias configuraciones para suministrar aire estacionado paracompletar la combustión. Los gases de combustión de la calderaprefabricada t ambién pueden recircular hacia el impelente para re-exponer los gases desalida al proceso de combustión.
