Abstract

A waste disposal device for aerobic treatment of waste, which can include, for example, human excrement and medical syringes. The device has a horizontal disc that turns in a shell through which a draft is passed and exhausted from a vent pipe- waste is deposited onto the disc and carried around until it reaches a scraper that scrapes it off the disc into a central receptacle, which has a bag for periodic removal of the waste. The waste is desiccated while on the disc and bacteria subjected to aerobic degradation.
