A specific embodiment of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to each figure.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a configuration example of a cooking information management system 100 according to this embodiment.
Companies that manufacture parts for industrial products such as automobiles have manufacturing bases, sales bases, service bases, delivery bases, etc. in various locations in Japan and overseas, and employ many employees at each base. Also, many employees of related companies are used. In addition, in many cases, there are many restaurants near each base that serve special local cuisine that can be used by employees. In addition, distribution networks and communication networks used for transportation of automobile parts, etc., are constructed throughout the bases by the management of the company or by related groups.
The local food providers 21 shown in FIG. 1 correspond to local restaurants, etc., located at domestic and overseas bases. Such a local food provider 21 can partner with another company, for example, a company that operates the service of the food management server 10, as necessary as part of business expansion. In this case, the local food provider 21 can provide the food management server 10 side with the menu of various dishes that the local food provider 21 provides and how to make the menu, that is, recipe information. Of course, detailed recipe information may not be made public due to the intention of the local food provider 21 side. That is, in many cases, famous stores and popular restaurants do not want to publish recipes.
In addition, when the recipe of the dish is not disclosed to the outside, the frozen food is provided after cooking each dish in the store of the local food provider 21 or in a factory affiliated with the local food provider 21. can be provided by person 25.
On the other hand, the local food provider 21 supplies ingredients and seasonings that can only be obtained locally among the ingredients and seasonings used in each dish by local producers, that is, the ingredients provider 22 and the seasoning provider. It is often obtained directly from the person 23. Therefore, in order for a third party to prepare the same dish according to the recipe of the dish provided by the local cuisine provider 21, the same production as the ingredients provider 22 and the seasoning provider 23 used by the local cuisine provider 21 is required. In some cases, it may be necessary to procure ingredients and seasonings from third parties.
In addition, for example, related parties such as store managers, cooks, and other employees of the local food provider 21 can act as information providers 24 to provide menus and recipes for each dish, and information on the location of the ingredients provider 22 and the seasoning provider 23. and contact information can be provided to the food management server 10 . The food management server 10 pays a reward as consideration for information such as the food provided by the local food provider 21 . Here, the food management server 10 side can receive more valuable information from the local food provider 21 by paying a sufficient reward.
It is assumed that the food management server 10 will be operated by a specific large company that manufactures automobile parts, for example. In other words, it is desirable that a common company manages the food management server 10 and uses the services provided by the food management server 10 . As a result, it is possible to efficiently collect correct information on dishes of various local food providers 21 located in the vicinity of each base belonging to the company that operates the food management server 10 .
Local employees working at each base, their families, and related people live in the vicinity of each base on a daily basis. There is a high possibility that they have sufficient knowledge about menus, etc. In addition, there will be more opportunities for employees and others to actually use local restaurants and eat popular dishes.
Therefore, the food management server 10 has a function that enables employees and related parties of the company that operates the food management server 10 to provide information to the food management server 10 as information providers 31. When the information provider 31 provides information, for example, by taking pictures or videos, he introduces townscapes, restaurants, cooking scenes, pictures of dishes for each menu, etc., and also his own evaluation and local popularity. It is possible to provide information such as the degree of damage on a smartphone or the like.
The food management server 10 pays the information provider 31 a reward corresponding to the information provided by the information provider 31. This makes it possible to increase the number of information provided and to improve the quality of the information provided.
Also, in addition to employees of the company that operates the food management server 10 and related parties, pre-registered members can provide information to the food management server 10 as information providers 32 . In addition, the food management server 10 pays the information provider 32 a reward corresponding to the provision of information from the information provider 32 . However, if a general person other than an employee of the same company or a related person registers as the information provider 32 in the food management server 10, there is a possibility that, for example, an examination will be performed to confirm that predetermined conditions are met. .
A food provider 41 such as an in-house cafeteria of a company that operates the food management server 10 can acquire and use information on various food menus and recipes registered in the food management server 10 as necessary. Therefore, a food provider 41 such as an in-house cafeteria can prepare the same food menu as a local food provider 21 located in a remote location or overseas, and provide it to a meal user 43 in the company.
In addition, the food provider 41 can order special ingredients and seasonings necessary for cooking according to recipes from the local food ingredient provider 22 and the seasoning provider 23 via the food management server 10. . In addition, with respect to the food menus for which the recipes are not provided by the local food provider 21, the food provider 41 can place an order via the food management server 10 and receive the food as frozen cooked food from the frozen food provider 25. can. The food provider 41 can provide the received frozen food to the meal user 43 as it is by only thawing and heating.
The food management server 10 delivers ingredients, seasonings, frozen dishes, etc., ordered by the food provider 41 to the food provider 41 who ordered them, and also collects the costs of the ingredients, transportation fees, margins, etc. from the food provider. Collect from 41.
The food provider 41 can continue to operate the in-house cafeteria with the meal price received from each meal user 43. In addition, the food provider 41 pays the operator of the food management server 10 a service fee for using the food management server 10 and an information usage fee for each menu.
The operator of the food management server 10 pays the information provider 24, the information providers 31, 32, etc. based on the service usage fee received from the food provider 41, etc., the information usage fee for each menu, etc. The expenses necessary for operating the server 10 can be raised.
In addition, the company that operates the food management server 10 can partner with restaurants outside the company. Therefore, the service of the food management server 10 can also be used by the food provider 42 corresponding to the affiliated restaurant or the like.
In other words, the food provider 42 can acquire and use information on various food menus and recipes registered in the food management server 10 as necessary. Therefore, the restaurant or the like of the food provider 42 can prepare the same food menu as the local food provider 21 located in a remote place or overseas and provide it to various restaurant users 44 of customers.
In addition, the food provider 42 can order special ingredients and seasonings necessary for cooking according to recipes from the local food ingredient provider 22 and the seasoning provider 23 via the food management server 10. . In addition, with regard to the food menus for which the recipes are not provided by the local food provider 21, the food provider 42 can place an order via the food management server 10 and receive the frozen cooked food from the frozen food provider 25. can. The food provider 42 can provide the received frozen food to the restaurant user 44 as it is only by thawing and heating it.
The food management server 10 delivers the ingredients, seasonings, frozen dishes, etc. ordered by the food provider 42 to the food provider 42 who ordered them, and also collects the costs of the ingredients, transportation fees, margins, etc. from the food provider. Collect from 42.
The food provider 42 can continue to operate its own restaurant by paying for meals received from each restaurant user 44. In addition, the food provider 42 pays the operator of the food management server 10 a service fee for using the food management server 10 and an information usage fee for each menu.
For example, a member user such as the information provider 32 can use the service of acquiring information on the dishes registered in the food management server 10 in the same way as the food provider 42 of an affiliated restaurant. However, high-value information, such as detailed recipes of popular menus, can be provided only to a limited number of users at a high charge for using the information.
Also, the degree of disclosure of information provided by the food management server 10 is appropriately adjusted according to the rank of the information provider. For example, the food management server 10 provides some food providers 42, such as affiliated restaurants, with recipes, and the recipes are not disclosed to general members such as the information provider 32. This prevents popular menu recipes from spreading to the public and reducing the value of the dishes.
By the way, you can't know the actual value of various food menus, the degree of popularity, the price of the food, etc. until you actually try it. Therefore, when providing a new dish menu using the service of the food management server 10, the model case is first used to try to provide the new dish, and after confirming that the result is sufficiently successful. Therefore, it is desirable to adopt this information and adjust the price of information and the price of food as appropriate.
Therefore, for example, when the local food provider 21 develops a new food menu, the new food menu is food managed only for the food provider 41 of the in-house cafeteria operated by the same manager as the food management server 10. Provided from server 10 . As a result, it is possible to confirm the reaction of the meal user 43 to the new cooking menu by using a model case within the company. Then, only when it is confirmed that the model case is popular and the demand is sufficiently expected, the food management server 10 instructs the user to disclose the new cooking menu to the food provider 42 such as an affiliated restaurant. Information provision will be implemented step by step.

Therefore, each user such as the information provider 24, the information provider 31, the information provider 32, and the food provider 41 can access the food management server 10 from the user terminals 53 to 56 via the wireless communication network 52 and the Internet 51. can be accessed.
<Main functions of the food management server>
FIG. 3 shows main functions of the food management server 10 that constitutes the cooking information management system 100 of FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, the food management server 10 includes an information provider management section 11, a food information acquisition section 12, a database 13, a reward management section 14, a food information provision section 15, and an order management section 16. Each of these functions is realized by the computer of the food management server 10 executing dedicated application software for realizing the cooking information management system 100 .
The information provider management unit 11 manages the classification of the information providers 24, 31, and 32 who can provide information to the food management server 10, the types of information that can be provided, and the like. For example, related parties such as non-affiliated restaurants, managers and employees of affiliated restaurants, employees (local employees) of the company managing the food management server 10 and their families, registered general members, The information provider management unit 11 distinguishes and manages unregistered general users.
The food information acquisition unit 12 acquires information provided by each of the information providers 24, 31, and 32 from the provider's user terminals 53-56 and registers it in the database 13. For example, when information is provided by a person involved in a restaurant, such as the information provider 24, the food information acquisition unit 12 acquires information such as menus, recipes, ingredient providers 22, and seasoning providers 23 for each dish. and register it in the database 13.
Also, when information is provided by an employee of the same company as the manager of the food management server 10, or a related person such as a family member, the food information acquisition unit 12 receives the photograph, Acquire and register in the database 13 information for introducing local townscapes, restaurant stores, cooking scenes, pictures of dishes for each menu, personal evaluations and degree of popularity in the local area, etc., from information such as videos and texts. do.
The remuneration management unit 14 pays appropriate remuneration to each of the information providers 24, 31, and 32 who have provided the information registered in the database 13, according to the number of provided information, quality rank, etc. management for
The database 13 identifies information on food provided by various information providers 24, 31, 32, that is, food menus and recipes provided by restaurants at various bases, ingredient providers 22, and seasoning providers 23. Information introducing local townscapes, restaurants, cooking scenes, pictures of dishes for each menu, personal evaluations, popularity in the local area, etc. are registered and managed. The database 13 also manages the information of each user registered in the cooking information management system 100, the classification of users, the payment status of remuneration and consideration for the provided information, the status of orders and orders, and the delivery status of foodstuffs and the like. ing.
The food information providing unit 15 is registered in the database 13 in response to requests from food providers 41 and 42 such as in-house cafeterias and affiliated restaurants, which are pre-registered information destinations, and registered users 33. can provide information. However, the type of information that can be provided is limited according to the classification of the information provider. For example, with regard to recipes for popular dishes and high-value dishes, food providers 41, such as in-house cafeterias of the same management entity as the company that operates the food management server 10, or affiliated restaurants that meet predetermined conditions, 42 only.
Each of the food providers 41, 42 and the registered user 33 performs procedures for registering with the food management server 10 in advance to use the service of the food management server 10, and pays a predetermined registration fee. Further, each of the food providers 41 and 42 and the registered user 33 pays a usage fee for the information provided by the food information provider 15 each time.
On the other hand, a food provider 41 who operates an in-house cafeteria or a food provider 42 such as an affiliated restaurant asks for the food menu provided by the food information providing unit 15 of the food management server 10 as necessary to prepare the food. Ingredients, seasonings, or frozen cooked dishes can be ordered from the food management server 10 .
The order management unit 16 receives orders from the food providers 41 and 42, searches the database 13 for the desired product, and selects the corresponding food provider 20, that is, the food provider 22, the seasoning provider 23, or An order can be automatically placed to the frozen food provider 25.
The ingredient provider 22, the seasoning provider 23, or the frozen dish provider 25 prepares the desired ingredients, seasonings, or frozen dishes in accordance with the order received from the order management unit 16 of the food management server 10. to make it ready for shipment. The products prepared by each ingredient provider 20 are delivered to the ordering food provider 41 or 42 after going through each process such as shipping, import/export procedures, and transportation between bases using the in-house distribution network 17. be done.
The order placement management unit 16 charges the relevant orderer with the amount of the product received by the food provider 41 or 42, which is the orderer, plus the delivery cost and margin. The food providers 41 and 42 as orderers pay the charged charges to the order receiving/ordering management unit 16 after receiving the ordered products. The order management unit 16 pays a part of the charge received from the orderer to the food material provider 20 as the price of the product.
The in-house distribution network 17 shown in FIG. 3 is owned or managed by the same company as the operator of the food management server 10, for example. For example, a large company that manufactures automobile parts has various bases such as manufacturing bases, sales bases, and service bases in various regions in Japan and various regions overseas. We have an in-house dedicated logistics network for frequent transportation. This physical distribution network can be used as it is as the in-house physical distribution network 17 for transporting foodstuffs unrelated to automobile parts.
In particular, in the case of the cooking information management system 100 shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, there is a possibility that the ingredients provider 22, the seasoning provider 23, the frozen food provider 25, etc. exist near each base of the company. is high, and there is a high possibility that the food providers 41 and 42 also exist in the vicinity of another base. Therefore, the intra-company distribution network 17 can be used as it is for transporting foodstuffs, etc., simply by slightly changing the normal inter-base transportation route of the distribution network for transporting automobile parts. By using the in-house distribution network 17, it is possible to reduce transportation costs.
In addition, even if the food supplier 22 or the seasoning supplier 23 is located overseas in a different country from the food suppliers 41 and 42 who placed the order, the import/export procedures required during the transportation of the product can be carried out. Since the in-house physical distribution network 17 can act as a substitute, the food providers 41 and 42 do not have to go through troublesome procedures, thereby increasing convenience.
<Example of processing for information provision>
FIG. 4 shows an example of processing of the food management server 10 for providing information. The processing of FIG. 4 will be described below.
When a user who provides information to the food management server 10, that is, the information providers 24, 31, 32, etc. shown in FIG. , the information provider management unit 11 of the food management server 10 identifies the user at S11. That is, information registered in advance in the database 13 such as employees belonging to the company (employees), related parties such as their families, employees of affiliated restaurants, etc., and information input by the user Identify based on If the information provider is a general user who does not fall under any of the above categories, the information provision is not accepted.
The food information acquisition unit 12 of the food management server 10 acquires the information provided by the user and specifies its type in S12. When the user inputs registerable information that satisfies a predetermined condition, the food information acquisition unit 12 registers the information in the database 13 in S13.
For example, when an employee of the company or a related person uploads information to the food management server 10 as the information provider 31, information such as local townscapes, restaurant stores, cooking scenes, and photos and videos representing dishes for each menu. , introductory sentences, self-evaluation, text information indicating the degree of popularity in the local area, etc., are processed by the food information acquisition unit 12 so as to allow uploading. When an employee of an affiliated restaurant uploads information to the food management server 10 as the information provider 24, a list of the food menus to be provided, photographs of the food for each menu, recipes, ingredients used in each food, etc. The food information acquisition unit 12 performs processing so as to allow uploading of information specifying the ingredient provider 22 for each seasoning, information specifying the seasoning provider 23 for each seasoning, and the like.
When the food information acquisition unit 12 registers the provided information in the database 13, the remuneration management unit 14 of the food management server 10 performs processing for paying remuneration to the information provider as compensation for the information in S14. implement. In addition, the amount of remuneration paid to the information provider or the degree of points, etc., will be automatically determined by reflecting the type of information provider, the rank of the information provider (for example, the degree of popularity of the restaurant), the type of information provided, etc. adjustable.
In the above-described cooking information management system 100, basically, the headquarters office belonging to the same company manages the food management server 10, and the employees working at the offices of each base belonging to the same company and their related parties are information. It is assumed that the provider 31 preferentially uses it. Here, the location of the base office in the company to which the information provider 31 belongs and the location of the store (local cuisine provider 21) where the original cuisine of the information provided by the information provider 31 is provided. Close is desirable. As a result, the information provider 31 can easily obtain the food information obtained by actually visiting the store where the food is served, and the reliability of the information registered in the food management server 10 can be improved. Therefore, the food information acquisition unit 12 of the food management server 10 is based on the location of the base to which the information provider 31 belongs and the store (local food provider) where the original dish of the information provided by the information provider 31 is provided. It is realistic to compare the location of 21) and preferentially register it in the database 13 as highly valuable information when it substantially matches.
The location of the base where the local food provider 21, etc. exists and the location of the base where the food providers 41, 42, etc. exist may be in the same country, or in multiple different countries. may exist. Also, the company that operates the food management server 10 and the company that uses the service of the food management server 10 are not necessarily the same. However, it is desirable to give priority to operating the food management server 10 and using its services within the same company. As a result, cooperation between the food management server 10 and the in-house distribution network 17 is facilitated, and efficient system operation becomes possible. Easier to procure seasonings.
