Abstract

Disclosed in the present specification is a system capable of readjusting gaps between bones after orthopedic surgery. An orthopedic readjustment system according to the present specification is a system for readjustment after orthopedic surgery, wherein the system may comprise: an orthopedic device including a locking screw, wherein the locking screw includes a screw body having a locking sawtooth pattern formed on an upper outer surface thereof, and a screw head having an inner-surface sawtooth pattern and an outer-surface sawtooth pattern formed on a portion of the inner surface and on the inner surface, respectively, the inner-surface sawtooth pattern meshing with the locking sawtooth pattern; an adjustment device having a body portion and a drive unit, the body portion having a shape corresponding to a groove formed on the upper surface of the screw head and the screw body, and the drive unit rotating the body portion in a predetermined direction; and a control device outputting a control signal regarding a rotation direction and the number of turns to the drive unit of the adjustment device.
