  1.  充電スポットを提供する提供者に属する提供者情報を取得する第1取得部と、
     前記充電スポットを利用する利用者に属する利用者情報を取得する第2取得部と、
     制御部とを備え、
     前記提供者情報は、前記充電スポットから供給される電力量の時間的な推移を示す情報を含み、
     前記利用者情報は、前記充電スポットの利用時間を示す情報を含み、
     前記制御部は、前記提供者情報及び前記利用者情報に基づいて、前記利用時間において前記充電スポットから供給される電力量を特定する、充電課金システム。
