(4)撥水性、防水性を有するポリウレタンやゴム、プラスチック、アルミ、金属など、表面から水を含ませることのできない建材などのホウ酸処理ができる。また、建築物や機械設備等の配線、配管の製品類や、その他の設置部品等の製品類などのホウ酸処理ができ、蝕害による漏電、漏水等を防止できる。
(5)処理材へのホウ酸含有率、ホウ酸使用量などの数値が明確になる。
(6)工場での機械化自動処理生産と管理ができ、高品質の処理建材や製品を製造、供給、配送できる。
(7)ホウ酸含有物のホウ酸含有シートとホウ酸含有の接着剤の双方の技術を使って別途に、ホウ酸含有の接着、粘着テープやシール、ステッカー等を製作できる。
