Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour afficher et/ou sortir une fonction d'aide déclenchée par le système pour la commande d'un dispositif associé à un véhicule, selon lequel pour un utilisateur au moins une information d'aide pour au moins une action de commande pour le dispositif peut être affichée visuellement et/ou sortie acoustiquement. Selon le procédé, au cours d'une première étape, on exécute une procédure d'identification, sur la base de laquelle on identifie l'action de commande prédéfinissable pour un dispositif prédéfinissable et sélectionné par un utilisateur, que l'utilisateur exécute, a exécutée ou peut exécuter; et au cours d'une deuxième étape, on commande le type et/ou le volume de l'affichage et/ou de la sortie de l'information d'aide (1) pour la ou les actions identifiées en fonction de : (a) la fréquence à laquelle une information d'aide (1) pour la ou les actions de commande identifiées pour un dispositif prédéfinissable a déjà été affichée et/ou sortie durant le trajet; (b) la fréquence à laquelle une information d'aide (1) pour la ou les actions identifiées pour un dispositif prédéfinissable a déjà été affichée et/ou sortie à un utilisateur identifié et/ou à un utilisateur connu au cours d'une période de temps prédéfinissable; et/ou (c) la manière avec laquelle un utilisateur exécute ou a exécuté une action de commande identifiée pour le dispositif. La présente invention concerne également un système d'affichage et/ou de sortie d'une aide déclenchée par le système pour la commande d'un dispositif associé à un véhicule ainsi qu'un produit-programme d'ordinateur.
