  1.  機械の移設を検知する移設検知システムにおいて、
     基地局と電波による通信を行う通信アンテナと、
     無線通信を実現する機能を持ち、前記通信アンテナが最も近い基地局と通信を行うように制御する通信モジュールと、
     前記通信アンテナが通信に使用している基地局である使用基地局の情報を取得する基地局情報取得手段と、
     前記通信アンテナが通信に使用することを許可される基地局である指定基地局の情報を予め記憶しておく基地局情報記憶手段と、
     前記使用基地局の情報と前記指定基地局の情報を比較し、前記使用基地局が前記指定基地局と一致しているか否かを判断する前記基地局情報比較手段と、
     前記基地局情報比較手段において、前記使用基地局が前記指定基地局と一致していないと判断されると、前記機械の起動を停止させる機械起動ロック手段とを備えることを特徴とする移設検知システム。
