Abstract

Because of the importance of oxygen. And because of the proved benefits of breathing enough quantity of oxygen for the brain, blood circular, heart, skin and the sexual health And because of the dangerous effects of using the water pipe and smoke tobacco. This invention can be the substitute for the water pipe. It is a device to inhale smoke and flavour enriched oxygen in a good degree of purity which we generate it from the ambient air and by the help of vaporized and not burned herbs. So it is the invention to smoke oxygen in high degree of purity and having the flavor and smoke of vaporized herbs in the same time.

We can consider the device of this invention "Oxyga" as the substitute to the "Water pipe" device and this is the only healthy substitute for it. The idea of this device is to smoke Oxygen at a high degree of purity which we extract from the room air and we combine it with the vapor of a heated and grounded herb (which has a good flavor) up to it's vaporize degree. Thus, this device enables the smoker to have the healthy benefits of inhaling oxygen at a high degree of purity, having the joy of the smoking process by getting the smoke out of his mouth and enjoying the good flavor.
So this device is the first device aim to smoke the Oxygen and there isn't previous device to serve such a goal.
But if we consider the previous art is the "water pipe" as a smoking device , We find out that the water pipe depend on smoking tobacco by burn it over a burned coke , so the water pipe smoker inhale the burned mix of tobacco and coke and this cause a devastated results to the smoker health and the environment . And if we consider the previous art is the "Oxygen concentrator" as a device which extract oxygen from the room air, we find out that the "Oxygen concentrators" use the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) way to extract the semi pure oxygen from the room air, and in this way we need two zeolite towers, complex compressor and a switch valve,
And this is a high cost way.
And if we consider the previous art is the "vaporizers" as a device in which the smoker inhale the vapor of the herb, we find out that the vaporizer depends on passing a hot air over grounded herbs to vaporize it, and in this way we need to change the grounded herbs every one or two inhales, because in this device they use just one grounded herb container. Plus, the difference between the vaporizer and the device of this invention "Oxyga" is that the vaporizer has only one goal which is to inhale the vapor of the herb, while the "Oxyga" goal is to produce the healthy benefits of inhaling semi pure oxygen and the pleasure of smoking process in the same time to the smoker.
The problem or shortage in the previous art
Although the device of this invention is a new device and its goal is to smoke a semi pure Oxygen and no previous device have such a goal.
We can say that the shortage in the previous art appears in many ways.
So if we say that the previous art is the "water pipe" we find out that the "water pipe" is a device to devastate both of the smoker health and the environment, and we can't find any advantage of smoking a burned mix of tobacco and coke.
And if we say that the previous art is the "Oxygen concentrator" we find out that it has three problems or shortages:
( 1 )The (PSA) way, the way which they use to extract the Oxygen from the room air is an expensive way because it needs a complex air compressor, switch valve and two "Ziolet" towers
(2) It needs a high maintenance cost because it has a complex air compressor
(3) Cause a lot of noise as a result of using the complex air compressor, and as much as the compressor is consumed as much as the noise become more loudly.
And if we say that the previous art is the "vaporizer", we find out that it has two shortages:
( 1 ) The necessity to change the grounded herb every one or two inhales because they use just one grounded herb container.
(2) The vaporizer smoker is inhaling a regular air (contain 21% oxygen and 78% netrogen) mixed with the herb vapor. So the vaporizer doesn't increase the oxygen percentage in the inhaled air.

The new in this invention is the goal of the invented device,

And yet there isn't any invented device has such a goal.

Researches result indicate the health benefits to the human body when inhaling enough quantity of oxygen at a high degree of purity. Plus a research have been done in England using a group of smokers proved that the smoker enjoy seeing the smoke in his exhale and to prove that they put a group of smokers in a very dark room and they allowed them to smoke, then they asked them if they enjoy the smoke process and the answer was no, because they couldn't see the smoke come out of there mouths.
So this invention turns the researches results to a practical device which offers a good package of (oxygen + smoke + good flavor).
Disclosure of Invention:
The way the device of this invention "Oxyga" working depend on two electric circuits,
The first electric circuit is used to extract the oxygen from the room air and store it in an oxygen tank, and the second electric circuit is used to execute the smoking process.
First electric circuit
As shown in (figure 1 page 1), when an electric current, produced from an electric source ( 1 ) "which can be a direct electric source or an electric battery", is applied, the air compressor (4) will be as shown in the right side of figure (1),
As on applying an electric current in the circuit, the iron piece (2) will produce a magnetic force and will be converted into magnet. This magnet will attract the air compressor with the iron base. Similarly, the iron piece (7) will also be converted into magnet that opens the air opening (8) with the iron lid, in this case the pendulum spring (9) will be stretched.
When the electric current is off, the air compressor (4) will be as shown in the left side of figure (1). The iron piece (2) will lose its magnetic power. Consequently, the compressor will be pushed upwards due to the repulsion force of spring (3) and the attracted force of the spring
(5) . The compressor (4) will push an amount of compressed air to the (Ziolet) room (6). The iron piece (7) will lose it magnetic power, so the air opening with the iron lid will be closed by the pull power of spring (9).
In this case there will be compressed air inside the (Ziolet) room
(6) and since the (Ziolet) has the power of absorbing the nitrogen gas, when it is under high pressure, the (Ziolet) room will allow the passage of oxygen only to the oxygen container (10).
O the result of the cutting and the passage of the electric current will be as shown in figure (1) will be:
Electric current is off:
The compressor (4) will push the air inside the (Ziolet) room (6), the air opining (8) will be closed. At the same time the (Ziolet) will absorb the nitrogen and the oxygen will pass towards the oxygen container
Electric current is on:
The compressor is pulled downwards and the air opening (8) is opened. This will allow the nitrogen to pass through the air opening and the compressor (4) will be ready to push a new amount of air to the (Ziolet) room (6) when the electric current is off again.
So on cutting and connecting the electric current a new amount of oxygen is pushed inside the oxygen container.
Now... If we use two compressors, and the electric current pass alternatively between them by using a "Timer contractor". Such that when the electric current is closed in the first compressor it will pass through the second compressor and vise versa.
So there will be continuous passage of oxygen to the oxygen container.
As, when the first compressor press the air, the second compressor is getting the nitrogen out and vise versa.
o that at any time one of the compressors is pushing air to the (Ziolet) room and that will allow continuous passage of oxygen inside the oxygen container. The second electric circuit
The second electric circuit is working as shown in (figure 1 pagel ) as the following:
When the smoker holds the hand (16) and starts inhale and in the same time he presses the button (17) the electric current will pass, this will let the valve (11) be opened because this valve is a solenoid valve which is opened when the electric current is on. Accordingly the oxygen will pass to the electric heater (12). This heater will heat the oxygen to the temperature required to vaporize the herbs, this temperature is adjusted with the thermostat (13).
And because the containers (15) in which the grounded herbs is placed have a solenoid valves and by using (Analog digital converter) we can make the heated oxygen pass each time the smoker press the button (17) alternatively through only one of these containers, and the heated oxygen will pass over the herb placed in this container and vaporize it, so the oxygen will be mixed with the herb vapor and goes to the smoker mouth when he inhale and goes out of his mouth when he exhale, making a smoke similar to the smoke which come out of the "water pipe" smoker's mouth.
For example if there are ten containers, when the smoker press button (17) for first time the heated oxygen will pass through the first container, then when he press again the heated oxygen will pass through the second container then when he press again the heated oxygen will pass through the third container and so on, until the heated oxygen go through the tenth container then if the smoker press button (17) the circle will start again and the heated oxygen will pass through the first container one more time, then the second Container .. And so on. And when the grounded herbs need to be replaced we will replace all the herbs in all the containers in the same time and in one step, because they will be consumed in the same time, And by using this way we longing the time needed to replace the herb.
Another method to free the nitrogen out off the (Ziolet) room:
In this way the iron piece (7) and the pendulum spring (9) are replaced by placing an opening (8) with a solenoid valve (18) placed on it as shown in (figure (2) page2), This valve will be opened when the electric current is on and will be closed when the electric current is off.
When the electric current is on
The compressor with the iron base (4) will be attracted to the magnet (2) and ready to supply a new amount of compressed air into the (Ziolet) Room (6) and the valve (18) will be opened to release the nitrogen outside the (Ziolet) room.
When the electric current is off,
The iron piece (2) will lose its magnetic power and the pendulum spring (3) and the pendulum spring (5) will push the air compressor (4).
This allows a new amount of compressed air to enter the (Ziolet) room. At the same time, the valve (18) will be closed. This will increase the air pressure inside the room, so the nitrogen will be enclosed and the oxygen will pass to the oxygen container (10). Then when the smoker press button (17), the electric current will pass in the second electric circuit, and the valve (1 1) will be opened. This will allow the oxygen to exit and pass through the heater ( 12) whose temperature is adjusted by the thermostat (13) to the degree at which the herbs will be vaporized and the oxygen then will be loaded with the herb vapor, And the smoker will inhale it and enjoy the good flavor then will exhale it as a smoke. One of the two previous methods can be used for air refreshment inside the (Ziolet) room and to release the nitrogen or both methods can be used together at the same time to ensure the closure and opening of the (Ziolet) room.

Notice:
We can use herbs, or instead we can use any other substance which is not harmful to the human body and has a good flavor or even by adding an artificial flavor to it, and we put it in the containers (15) and vaporize it by passing the heated oxygen over it.
The utilization way
We can use the device "Oxyga" by industrialize it and use it as a substitute to the (Water pipe) device, wherein any person can use it as a smoke device to get the benefits of inhaling a large amount of oxygen gas at a high degree of purity mixed with the herb vapor, ...So he will gain the healthy benefits while he is having the good flavor and the joy of smoking (by exhaling a smoke out of his mouth).
And the source of the electricity can be a direct electric source or a chargeable battery to make it easer to move without connected wires, or we can use a direct electric source to fill the oxygen tank and then we depend on a chargeable battery for the second electric circuit which responsible for the smoking process. The smoker can use it at home or outside such as open coffee shops and clubs, because it doesn't harm the environment.

Claims
The first element:
New way is used to extract the Oxygen gas from the room air and store it.
The second element:
Mixing the oxygen gas with herb vapor (or the vapor of any other substance which is not harmful to the human body and has a natural or artificial good flaver) and offering to the smoker the benefits of inhaling oxygen gas at a high degree of purity loaded with the herb vapor and the joy of smoking at the same time.
The third element:
Using many containers (in which we put the grounded herb) in the same time,
And make the heated Oxygen pass alternatively through only one container each time the smoker press the button to inhale oxygen loaded with the herb vapor, accordingly longing the period of time needed to replace the consumed herb by a fresh one. Instead of using just one container and changing the herb every one or two inhales.
As mentioned in the first element:
The way to extract the oxygen gas from the room air is a new low cost way depends on just using a simple air compressor, a piece of iron wrapped by electric wire and a (Ziolet) room.
And to ventilate the (Ziolet) room we either use ventilation opening, which will be opened and closed by the attract and repulsion force of a piece of iron wrapped by electric wire,
Or by using ventilation opening, which will be opened and closed by using a solenoid valve which will be opened by turning the electric current on and will be closed by turning the electric current off. Or ventilate the (Ziolet) room by using both mentioned methods together at the same time to ensure the closure and opening of the (Ziolet) room.
And by using this way to extract the oxygen from the room air we don't need a complex air compressor, switch valve and two Ziolet towers.
This way reduces the device cost, maintenance costs, and the noise of the complex air compressor.
So the required protection is to protect the way of extracting the oxygen gas from the room air by using one simple air compressor or more and alter the electric current between them by using a (Timer contactor) to ensure a continues oxygen flow at any time.
As mentioned in the second element:
Using a device to smoke oxygen gas loaded with herb's vapor or the vapor of any other substance which has a good natural or artificial flavor and making this vapor get out of the smoker's mouth, introducing to him the joy of the smoking process and the benefits of inhaling oxygen at a high degree of purity at the same time,
Is a new invention aiming to "smoke the oxygen".
And no other inventions have such a goal.
So we need to protect "Oxyga" as a device to smoke the oxygen gas regardless which way is used to extract the oxygen from the room air and regardless the "first electric circuit" way (as we explained in [(4/4) the complete description]) is used or the
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) way is used or any other way is used to extract the oxygen from the room air.
And regardless we use the herb vapor or the vapor of any other substance which is not harmful to the human body and have a good natural or artificial flavor.
As mentioned in the third element:
Using many grounded herbs containers with solenoid valves, and using "Analog Digital Converter" to turn the electric current alternatively among them To pass the hot oxygen (or air) through only one container each time the electric current is on, accordingly longing the period of time needed to change the consumed herbs by a fresh one, Instead of using just one container and changing the herbs each one or tow inhales.
