The present invention is related to the provision of computer equipment in organizational cabinets, proposing a ventilation system that allows to eliminate with great efficiency the heat generated by the operation of computer equipment within the cabinets in which they are arranged.
Estado de la técnicaState of the art
It is known to include computer equipment in cabinets where the arrangement of the devices and the connection wiring are organized in a way that favors assembly and reduces interference in the environment.
However, the large number of transactions normally carried out by the computer equipment so arranged and the density of the component devices thereof, causes a large amount of heat to be generated and concentrated inside the container cabinets, being necessary Eliminate that heat to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment and prevent its deterioration.
The ventilation systems that are being applied in said container cabinets of the computer equipment, normally operate by introducing an air flow through the bottom, usually from a technical floor, and pushing said flow up the front, between the housed equipment and the cabinet door, from where the equipment's own cooling systems aspirate it to circulate through them, cooling them, expelling hot air from the back, where from an upper outlet it is aspirated by extractors.
Said system has the disadvantage that the air has a lot of speed and low temperature in the lower part of the cabinet, but that speed and temperature are lost in the high part, so that the equipment located in this high part is not cooled with the same effectiveness than those in the lower part.
And on the other hand, the exhaust fans of the hot air have to suck the air from the top of the cabinet, so that its performance is difficult, because the suction power decreases from the top to the bottom.
There are solutions in which the flow of cooling air rises through the inside of the front door of the cabinet, which has openings distributed on its inner face for the air outlet, but these outlets have no regulation to adapt the outlet of the air as required in each area, the door being also blind, so that it does not allow to see the indicator lights of the operation of the devices installed inside the cabinet, and when the door is opened the system stops working.
According to the invention, a ventilation system is proposed with constructive and functional characteristics that make it easy to apply in the computer equipment container cabinets, where it allows great effectiveness for the refrigeration of the equipment, without the inconveniences of conventional solutions.
This system object of the invention consists of a drive module that is arranged in the lower part to draw cold air from a technical floor, starting from said module two vertical ducts that extend along the sides of the inner front part of the cabinet, the which ducts have a distribution of exits provided with adjustable diffusers in orientation and opening, while in the rear part a distribution of exits provided with suction fans is established, said exits being incorporated in the rear door of the cabinet, through which an air evacuation duct is determined to a higher outlet.
This system allows to have cold air at any height of the cabinet at the same temperature that is introduced from the bottom, thanks to the vertical distribution of the air vents defined in the ducts that ascend from the drive module, said air being driven in horizontal from the front to the back through the housings in which the devices housed in the closet are arranged, whereby the cold air uniformly reaches the appliances, which can easily aspirate it, achieving a Very effective cooling By means of the adjustable diffusers of the exits, the flow of outgoing air at each height can also be adjusted, allowing to adapt the cooling according to the occupation of the cabinet, so that in the areas that there are more devices or devices that generate a greater amount of heat, an outlet with a greater amount of air can be established, and the air outlet can even be canceled in areas where there are no devices installed, so that the air that circulates through the air can be used more efficiently in cooling wardrobe.
With this system the distribution of the cooling air is completely independent of the front door of the cabinet, which can be glazed to show the indicators of the operation of the devices installed inside; and the system can continue to operate even if the door is opened, so that the refrigeration of the appliances remains constant.
Therefore, the system of the invention results in certain advantageous characteristics, acquiring its own life and preferential character with respect to conventional refrigeration systems of the same application.

Descripción detallada de la invenciónDetailed description of the invention
The object of the invention relates to a ventilation system designed to eliminate the heat generated inside the organizational cabinets of computer equipment, to improve the operating conditions of the equipment components of the equipment, extend their useful life and improve the efficiency of energy consumption.
The system comprises an air supply module (1), formed by a body (1.1) that is arranged in the lower part of the application cabinet (2), in relation to an air intake (3) for example from a technical floor through which the cooling air of the installation room circulates.
In the body (1.1) there is a fan (4) that acts as an air impeller, leaving from said body (1.1) vertical ducts (1.2) extending along the sides of the inside front part of the cabinet (2 ), which ducts (1.2) are provided with a distribution of outlets (5) oriented towards the middle area of said front part of the interior of the cabinet (2).
Said outlets (5) of the vertical ducts (1.2) are provided with adjustable air diffusers (6) in orientation and opening, so that in each of the outlets (5) the passage of the outlet of air and the projection direction of the outgoing air, the air passage may even be completely canceled by the outlets (5) corresponding to areas of the cabinet (2) in which there are no devices to be cooled.
The system also comprises a distribution of hot air extraction outlets (7), defined on the back of the interior cabinet enclosure, these outlets (7) being provided with absorption fans to force the passage of air through them.
Said extraction outlets (7) are provided defined in the rear door (8) of the cabinet (2), said door (8) being structured with a hollow formation that determines inside the air circulation duct to an outlet (9) of evacuation at the top.
Con ello asi, el ventilador (4) del cuerpo (1.1) aspira el aire frió por la entrada (3) y lo impulsa por los conductos verticales (1.2), desde donde el aire se proyecta por las salidas (5) al interior del armarioThus, the fan (4) of the body (1.1) sucks the cold air through the inlet (3) and drives it through the vertical ducts (1.2), from which the air is projected through the outlets (5) into the interior of the wardrobe
(2) .(2) .
In this way the cold air comes out at the same cold temperature throughout the height, projecting horizontally through the housings (10) in which the appliances to be cooled are located, from the front to the back of the cabinet (2) , whereby the cold air passes uniformly through all the housings (10), where it directly affects the installed devices, which can easily aspirate said cold air through their own cooling systems, thus achieving very efficient cooling of all appliances
The air that passes through the devices producing their cooling, circulates to the back of the cabinet (2), where it is sucked through the outlets (7) by the action of the fans of these, so that the hot air passing through said outlets (7) circulates inside from the rear door (8) to the upper exit (9) of evacuation, through which it goes outside.
The cooling air therefore circulates in a forced manner throughout the interior of the cabinet (2), the cold air circulating, as seen in Figure 9, in a uniform manner through all the housings (10) where the appliances to be cooled, and in the back the hot air is also sucked in a uniform way through the outlets (7), for its evacuation, so that concentrations of hot air that can damage the refrigeration are avoided, as well as interferences of hot air with cold air that may hinder the circulation of cold air through the housings (10) where the appliances to be cooled are located; being able to determine a synchronism between the front drive and the rear extraction, electronically controlled, to establish different work curves.
The cooling system is thus completely independent of the front door (11) of the cabinet (2), so that this door (11) can be opened without interrupting the operation of the system, and in addition, the structure of said door (11 ) It can be glazed, with transparency to allow to see from outside the indicators of the operation of the interior appliances.
