Technical Field This invention relates to an integrated trade supporting solution provided through Internet, particularly an Internet integrated trade supporting solution for providing a next generation type of an integrated Internet website to integrate all business informations to be required for the trade business, such as the merchandise information, the transaction information and the order information into one database .
Further, the said solution is to provide an Internet website enabling a considerable time and cost to be saved in making trade transactions by reducing the business process from any initial inquiry until success in transactions between the buyer and the vendor on the computer communication network including Internet to a maximum extent.
Background Art
The recent emergence of Internet combining the whole world into one cyber world has caused us to have an enormous change in our living world.
Internet enables us to exchange various informations with ease and convenience without expending time and cost so much, just as people communicated with one another in the past primitive community within a certain zone (exchanged informations in a more extended sense) . Accordingly, Internet also enables the international business (Business to Business: B to B) , which plays a very significant part in the world economy, to be done completely, that is to say, the international trade transactions to be made completely.
However, while Internet has an advantage to enable the vendor to contact the buyer with more ease than in the past, numerous business concerns do not have an independent capability to engage themselves in the international trade because they face a language barrier, not having a sufficient know-how about the international trade business.
This results in a problem that only trading agents and large corporations, which are capable of doing the international trade business and adapting themselves to the Internet environment rapidly, get to enhance their competitive power.
Meanwhile, prior trade websites have a problem that required informations are not exchanged sufficiently between the buyer and the vendor because the merchandise information and the order information to be required for the actual trade transactions depend on only 2-3 pages of data documentation as made in the html form.
Disclosure of Invention
This invention is to provide an Internet trade website (ITW) enabling business concerns to make direct transactions through Internet by activating the international trade transactions on Internet. Also, this invention is to provide the integrated trade supporting solution (ITSS) through Internet enabling sufficient informations to be exchanged between the buyer and the vendor from the initial inquiry or offer for any one product until the vendor gets an order for it from the buyer. According to this invention, the integrated trade supporting solution provides the Internet trade automatic transaction system (ITATS) to save a considerable time and cost in making any trade transaction by enabling various business informations about the vendor's company or merchandise to be automatically conveyed to potential on-line buyers on a real-time basis through the website.
According to this invention, the integrated trade supporting solution provides the remote data management system (RDMS) enabling the user to access the website at his/her office without going through a complicated path and further modify, delete and add some information to, only his/her wanted information corresponding to any change in the product price or other merchandise information depending upon the market conditions.
According to this invention, the integrated trade supporting solution provides the offer and inquiry match- making system (OIMMS) enabling the vendor or the buyer to get any optimal merchandise information and/or offer information by entering any search conditions for his/her requirements in the system.
According to this invention, the integrated trade supporting solution provides the website automatic creation system and the web catalogue that can be used as a substitute for any hard copy of a trade catalogue by creating the website automatically according to various merchandise informations as entered so. According to this invention, the integrated trade supporting solution enables various business informations to be shared on the computer communication network including Internet by industrial fields and business categories in addition to its efficient search function through the meta search engine by integrating all business concerns registered at about 100 major trade sites at home and abroad into one website.

In the said configuration, the entering selection process (100) is a process for the visitor, who has accessed the operation manager's website in the manager's server by using the computer, to select whether he/she will register any information directly by entering it in the website on line or indirectly by e-mail, and thereby enter the merchandise information in the website.
In the log-in process (110) , when the membership information, that is to say, the ID and the password as entered in the website by the vendor is found to be identical with his/her membership information as registered in advance, the system allows the vendor to access the operation manager's server, but when it is found not to be identical therewith, the system asks the vendor to perform this process repeatedly. The process (120) for the vendor to select any location for registration of his/her merchandise is a process that when the vendor registers his/her merchandise for the first time, he/she selects the process (132) for the vendor to enter his/her merchandise information in the location for registration of his/her merchandise and further enters the merchandise information, and subsequently, when he/she intends to enter any additional model information of the merchandise, he/she selects the process (180) to enter the merchandise information about the additional model basically in the website, and further enters such information additionally in the website.

The process (188) for the vendor to select whether the said additional merchandise is any additional model or not under the process (180) for the vendor to enter any merchandise information about the additional model basically in the website is a process that when the vendor selects that the said additional merchandise is any additional model ("Yes"), the system feedbacks the process (180) for the vendor to enter any merchandise information about the additional model basically in the website and further gets the vendor to enter the merchandise information about the additional model in the website completely, or when the vendor selects that the said additional merchandise is not any additional model ("No"), the system feedbacks the process (132) for the vendor to enter his/her merchandise information into the location for registration of his/her merchandise in the website, and further gets the vendor to enter the merchandise information applicable to it in the website completely.
Like this, under the Internet trade automatic transaction system, when the vendor enters his/her merchandise information in the operation manager's server in a given form directly on line or indirectly by e-mail, all the information entered by the vendor gets to be saved in the database .
Therefore, when any buyer (B) requires the merchandise information and the company information from any vendor (V) on the web, the server can create automatically the vendor information ("company information", "merchandise information", "trade information", "transaction information", etc.) in a trade correspondence form and a web page, and further provide such information to the buyer (B) , even though the vendor does not answer the inquiries from the buyer individually.
And, as illustrated in Figure 6, the remote data management system (RDMS) , one of the subsystems of the Internet trade supporting solution (ITSS) is configured so that the vendor may update, that is to say, add some information to, modify and delete any of the company information and the merchandise information as already entered in the website on a real time basis at any time at his/her office according to any change in the market conditions, and thereby the vendor may meet various requirements of potential buyers (B) on Internet.
The said remote data management system (20) (RDMS) categorizes the required information into the merchandise information and the company information so that each homepage created by the website automatic creation system (30) (WACS) may be updated on a real time basis at any time according to any change in the market conditions.
