Description

SISTEMA DE ACCIONAMIENTO DE GRIFOS O MONOMANDOS DE AGUA SANITARIA POR SENSOR DE TACTO Y PULSADOR ELECTRÓNICO SYSTEM OF OPERATION OF TAPES OR MONOMANDOS OF SANITARY WATER BY SENSOR OF TOUCH AND ELECTRONIC PUSH BUTTON
The present specification refers, as its title indicates, to a system for the operation of taps or sanitary water controls by touch sensor and electronic push button, designed to promote the opening of both cold and hot water, or the mixture of both preset on the tap or mixer.
At present, the majority of taps and single-lever controls are manually operated both to open and to close the flow of sanitary water, the pushbuttons that, by means of the pressure exerted on them, facilitate the exit of water, and which in some models have a preset time to close the exit once it has stopped pressing.
Also known are some faucet and single lever opening systems, which integrate certain sensors that detect human presence and automatically promote water opening.
The manual faucets and manual controls known today have the disadvantage of producing certain dead times in their handling, because every time they are operated, attention must be paid if we want cold or hot water, or what kind of mixture of both, which obviously it requires attention, even if it is momentarily, also the problem of wasted water, as well as the premature deterioration of the mechanisms of these faucets or monomandos before their continuous drives.
As for the faucets and controls whose opening is carried out by means of presence detectors, it is necessary to mention as a main drawback, the significant amount of water that is wasted, since this type of openings provides a dose of water, the amount of which depends on the setting of the timer that the mechanism entails, also supposing another inconvenience in this type of openings by presence detectors having to be acting repeatedly on the detector, when significant amounts of water are required as in the case of kitchens, both familiar and industrial.
Another disadvantage of the current systems for opening taps and controls by presence detectors is that they do not work if they are not properly cleaned, or they get dirty accidentally, also assuming the fragility and complexity of maintaining these devices is a problem, which entails a moderate deterioration that disables its operation, at which time it is generally necessary to replace the complete mixer tap.
In order to solve the aforementioned problem regarding the opening and closing of taps and mixer taps, the sanitary water faucets and single lever actuation system has been devised by a touch sensor and electronic push button object of the present invention, when it comprises touch sensor that can remain insert anywhere in the tap or mixer, as well as located independently of them. The aforementioned touch sensor is capable of sending the signal both by direct cable and wirelessly, which is picked up by a base that in turn transmits it to the appropriate mechanism, such as and among others, control relays, whose mission is to open or close the water passage valves, both cold and hot at the same time. Logically, the tap or mixer provides the water according to the positioning of your control, in such a way that once the above control is positioned in cold or hot water, or a mixture of both, whenever the touch sensor is activated, we will have Desired water outlet.
Another essential feature of the present invention is that the command base may optionally incorporate a timer to send doses of water of a predetermined amount, or said base not to perform the water cut until the user does not send the cut signal through of the touch sensor. In case of failure of any element of the system, the faucet or mixer is operative with the simple operation of manually positioning the open valves by means of its external control.
An optional solution of the present invention is to incorporate an electronic push-button in the tap or mixer, which, depending on the number of actions it receives, provides cold, mixed or hot water. The present invention provides over the known means at present the essential advantage of saving considerable amounts of water, since it is to be taken into account that the flow can be opened and closed at will, or optionally timed out the output doses as needed, also assuming a advantage that the pass valves contain the appropriate manual control, which guarantees that the tap or mixer is enabled at all times.
Another advantage that is provided is the saving of hot water, which and consequently, represents an estimated energy saving.
