Description

Description
' P O O P S C O O P'
Technical Field
This invention relates to the improvements and modifications of the "Poop-Scoop". The terms excrement and or waste matter, shall refer to any matter suitable for use with the present invention.
In particular but not exclusively, the present invention relates to poop-scoops, for the use of scooping up dog excrement and or waste matter. Reference shall be made throughout the specifications to poop-scoops although it should be appreciated that the present invention can have applications outside this field.
Background Art
There are many different poop-scoops, and ways of picking up dog excrement and or waste matter. Like putting hands into plastic bags and thus picking up dog excrement. Or the use of carton boxes where people have to shove the matter into, with a flat piece of wood. Also shovels and brooms are used. However not many people want to carry such devices when walking their dogs. Disclosure Of Invention
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a poop-scoop that with the least amount of effort scoops up and at the same time bags up dog excrement and or waste matter, in a easy guick clean and hygienic manner. Secondly there is provided a poop-scoop which is also a walking-stick.
This poop-scoop is designed especially, but not exclusively with the walking of dogs in mind. The present invention can be used as a walking-stick, and is a pleasure to use as such. By turning the instrument upside down, the scoop frame becomes the handle of a convenient walking-stick.
Further, the clip-on buckets multiply the uses of the insturment. Like picking fruit from out of hand reach. Etc.
To operate this poop-scoop, a plastic bag is put over the closed poop-scoop. A pump like action of 30 mm opens the scoop frame 150 mm. The poop-scoop is then placed over the excrement and or waste matter, and by the same action as described above closes again. The matter is now in the bag. Take off bag and dispose of.
It can be seen that the present invention overcomes a number of the problems associated with the prior art. Firstly the use of a plastic bag ensures that the excrement and or waste matter does not contaminate any part of the instrument. Secondly this poop-scoop takes the messy part out of the art. Brief Description of Drawings
Aspects of the present invention will now be described by way of example only with reference to the accompanying drawings and figures.
Figure 1; Is a diagramatic front and back view of one embodyment of the present invention.
Figure 2: Is a diagramtic side view of one embodyment of the present invention in closed position.
Figure 3: Is a diagramatic side view of one embodyment of the present invention in open position.
Figure 4; Is a diagramatic side view of scoop-bucket.
Figure 5: Is a diagramatic side view of one embodyment of the present invention with clip-on buckets in closed position.
With respect to the accompanying drawings, there is provided a poop-scoop and bucket which is a mechanical instrument which can be made of many different materials such as wood, steel, aluminium, plastic or any combination thereof and consist of the following parts:
Number 1: Knob 6: Shaft
2: Handgrip 7: Spreaders
3: Tube 8: Scoop Frame
4: Hinge Block 9: Scoop-bucket
5: Hingepins 10: Scoop-bucket Clips

Claims

1. A hand operated poop-scoop walking-stick which includes the means of scooping and bagging up matter and comprises of at least one fashioned frame and spreader hingedly connected to a shaft and hinge-block which is attached to a tube in which the shaft slides to which a hand-grip and knob are attached.
2. A poop-scoop as claimed in claim 1 where one frame fits neatly into the other frame.
3. A poop-scoop as claimed in either claim 1 or 2 where at least one frame moves.
4. A poop-scoop as claimed in claim 1 where at least one frame is fashioned into a handle.
5. A poop-scoop as claimed in claims 1, 2, 3 and 4 comprising of at least one fashioned spreader hingedly connected with holes inserted.
6. A poop-scoop as claimed in claims 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 which includes at least one detachable bucket with folded sides and bottom.
7. A poop-scoop as claimed in claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 which is hand operated and by pump or turn like action activates all those parts and does all the things described in the specifications and as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
