Abstract

The apparatus consists of two half casings 1, and a mechanism consisting of connecting rods 2 and a pusher 3, closure being maintained by a notched nut 4 and a click 5. A return spring 6 and a compensation spring 7 allow correct positioning of the click. Two lugs 8 hold the bag, and the bags are closed by a self-adhesive glue. Fitted with a paper or plastic bag, it allows the animal excrement to be wrapped up.
