Abstract

Bu buluşta; tiyenopiridin türevi olan antitrombotik etkili klopidogrel bisülfat formülasyonlarında görülen stabilite sorunlarının ortadan kaldırılması için geliştirilen formülasyon anlatılmaktadır. Geliştirilen bu formülasyonda, tiyeno [3,2-c] piridin türevlerinde bozulmaya neden olan ve sık kullanılan bir lubrikant olan magnezyum stearat yerinefarklı bir lubrikantın kullanılması, yeni bir formülasyon oluşturulması ve stabilitenin artırılmasıamaçlanmıştır.In the present invention; and thienopyridine-derived clopidogrel bisulphate formulations with antithrombotic action.
