Abstract
Полезная модель относится к области медицины. Цель полезной модели - улучшение фиксации повязок на культе стопы, уменьшение времени и упрощение перевязок, снижение болевого синдрома.Полезная модель имеет постоянную рабочую часть, которая состоит из двух прикрепленных застежками-липучками друг к другу тканых лент, опоясывающих культю стопы. Лента циркулярно опоясывает культю стопы в области предплюсны. Она снабжена застежкой-липучкой, за счет чего плотно фиксируется на культе. Другая лента огибает ахиллово сухожилие и имеет расширение в данной области, что создает малое давление на ткани - для профилактики пролежней. Она изготовлена из тканого материала с применением резиновых нитей. При надевании повязки создается тракция для хорошей фиксации сменной части повязки в области раны. Сменная часть устройства, которая представляет собой круглую повязку с лепестками. При помощи застежек-липучек, которые расположены по окружности, сменная повязка крепится к постоянной части. За счет этого создается легкая ее замена во время перевязок. Также сменная часть снабжена сквозными полукруглыми перфорированными отверстиями для вентиляции, санации раны.The invention relates to the field of medicine. It is made of woven material using rubber threads. Wearing a dressing creates traction for good fixation of the replacement part of the dressing in the wound area. The replaceable part of the device, which is a circular dressing with petals. With the help of velcro, which are located around the circumference, the interchangeable bandage is attached to the permanent part. Due to this, it is easy to replace it during bandaging. Also, the replaceable part is provided with through semicircular perforated holes for ventilation, sanitation of the wound.

На рис. 2 изображена постоянная часть, которая состоит из двух, прикрепленных застежками-липучками друг к другу тканых лент, опоясывающих культю стопы, с целью плотной фиксации на ней. Одна лента (1) циркулярно опоясывает культю стопы в области предплюсны. Она снабжена застежкой-липучкой (2), за счет чего плотно фиксируется на культе. Другая лента (3) огибает ахиллово сухожилие и имеет расширение в данной области, что создает малое давление на ткани - для профилактики пролежней. Она изготовлена из тканого материала с применением резиновых нитей. Также сменная часть снабжена сквозными полукруглыми перфорированными отверстиями (5). Они служат для вентиляции, санации раны и, при необходимости, ее промывания. Использование фиксирующей повязки иллюстрируется клиническим примером. Пациент Н. 64 года. Диагноз: Сахарный диабет 2 тип, тяжелое течение. Синдром диабетической стопы, нейропатическая форма. Диабетическая гангрена 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 пальцев левой стопы. Выполнена метатарзальная ампутация левой стопы, санация и дренирование раны. Наложена повязка с водорастворимым антисептиком. Поверх повязки наложена фиксирующая повязка на культю стопы. Осмотр больного на следующий день: отек стопы и болевой синдром уменьшились, повязка умеренно промокла геморрагическим отделяемым, смещения повязки нет. При замене сменной части фиксирующей повязки болевого синдрома нет. Смена асептической повязки и дренажей. Дальнейшие перевязки с интервалом в 2-3 дня. Санация раны по дренажам. Смещения повязки - не отмечено. При загрязнении - замена сменной части повязки. Выписан на 16 сутки на амбулаторное лечение в удовлетворительном состоянии. Пролежней - нет. Использование предлагаемой фиксирующей повязки на культю стопы снижает трудоемкость и повышает удобство пользования, обеспечивает полноценное и надежное заживление тканей в операционной ране, хороший доступ и обзор операционной раны, свободу манипуляций инструментом в ране.
