Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato de estación base instalado por un usuario general, en donde una ID de celda se puede establecer fácilmente en casos cuando es necesario el establecimiento de una ID de celda. En este aparato, una unidad de recepción de mensaje DHCP (105) recibe un mensaje DHCPACK de un servidor DHCP. Una unidad de extracción de dirección IP (107) extrae una dirección IP almacenada en el campo de dirección IP del mensaje DHCPACK. Una unidad de determinación de ID de celda (108) establece una ID de celda única para este aparato de estación base con base en la dirección IP extraída por la unidad de extracción de dirección IP (107).
