본 발명은 각 수용가에 설치되어 있는 전기미터, 가스미터, 수도미터, 온수미터, 열량계와 같은 각종 계량기에 적산된 값을 원격지에서 검침하는 기술에 관한 것으로, 종래의 원격 검침 시스템에 있어서는 가입자 정합장치에 사용자를 위한 표시장치가 없어 자기집에서 그달의 사용량을 알고자 하는 경우 직접 계량기가 설치되어 있는 곳으로 가서 확인해야 하는 번거로움이 있고, 검침데이타를 시간적으로 관리하지 않기 때문에 시간대별 차등 요금제에 신속하게 대처할 수 없는 결합등이 있었는 바, 본 발명은 이를 해결하기 위하여, 중앙제어국(200)에서는 검침 컴퓨터(400)의 제어를 받아 단상 전력선(500)을 통해 댁내 제어장치(300)와 통신하면서 그 댁내제어장치(300)에 검침데이타 송출명령을 하달하고 그로부터 입력되는 검침데이타를 자체의 램에 저장하며, 댁내 제어장치(300)에서는 해당 수용가에 설치되어 다수의 계량기로부터 출력되는 펄스신호를 계수하여 사용량으로 환산한 다음 자체의 저장영역에 저장하고 사용자의 요구에 따라 계량기의 사용량을 계량기/시간대별로 구분하여 저장함과 아울러 디스플레이하고, 상기 단상 전력선(500)을 통해 중앙제어국(200)으로부터 사용량 데이타 전송요구신호가 입력될때 그 저장된 사용량 데이타를 송출하도록 하였다.The present invention relates to a technique for remotely reading a value accumulated in various meters such as an electric meter, a gas meter, a water meter, a hot water meter, and a calorimeter installed in each customer, and in a conventional remote metering system, a subscriber matching device.
