Abstract
본 발명은 비디오 카세트 레코더에서 오디오 출력을 모노 또는 스테레오로 자동으로 전환하여 출력할 수 있도록 한 비디오 카세트 레코더에서의 오디오 모드 자동 제어 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 비디오카세트 레코더에서의 오디오 모드 자동 제어 방법은, KBPS(Korea Broadcasting Program System)을 이용하여 비디오 카세트 레코더에서의 오디오 모드를 자동으로 설정하기 위한 방법으로서, 수신 모드로 전환되면 상기 KBPS에 의거하여 저장된 KBPS 정보 중에서 수신 채널의 프로그램에 대응하는 오디오 정보를 독출하는 제1단계와; 독출된 오디오 정보가 모노 모드이면 모노 모드로 전환시키는 제2단계와; 상기 독출된 오디오 정보가 스테레오 모드이면 스테레오 모드로 전환시키는 제3단계와; 스테레오 모드 상태에서 수신 감도가 떨어지는 것에 기인하여 발생하는 모노 정보가 인가되는지를 판단하는 제4단계와; 상기 모노 정보가 인가되면 소정 시간동안 상기 모노 정보가 인가되는 횟수를 카운트하여 설정된 소정 횟수 이상이면 모노 모드로 전환시키고, 설정된 소정 횟수 이하이면 스테레오 모드로 전환시키는 제5단계와; 상기 제4,5단계를 수신 모드가 종료될 때까지 반복 수행하면서 오디오 모드를 선택적으로 전환시키는 제6단계를 포함한다.The present invention relates to a method for automatically controlling an audio mode in a video cassette recorder in which a video cassette recorder can automatically output an audio output to mono or stereo, and automatically controls an audio mode in a video cassette recorder according to the present invention.
