Abstract
More particularly, the present invention relates to a support device for an air-inflated signboard, which performs a large door plate function by inflating using air pressure. His composition is; A blower for generating air pressure inside the blower, the blower including a motor, a light bulb for identifying the balloon at night, Wherein the air introducing-type sign board includes: The supporting device comprises: A circular rim for fixing the balloon is provided at the rim and a recessed seat for seating an electric device is provided at the center of the rim; A cylindrical socket holder for protruding a bulb is formed in the middle of the seating part; Wherein the socket holder is provided with ventilation holes for heat radiation; And the blower is fixed to the bottom surface of the seat portion.
Description
The present invention relates to a signboard, and more particularly, to a support device for an air-injected signboard which performs a large door plate function by inflating using air pressure.
The preference of the signboard changes with the change of the age. The entrance board installed at the street is preferred because of the visual effect on the passer. However, there are a lot of restrictions on the installation of the gate board, and there is a problem that the installation cost is high when the stationary type is installed. Therefore, air injection type signboards which are largely inflated by the air pressure and perform the function of an inlet plate are widely spread. It is lightweight, fluid, and usable only when needed, making it useful in many ways. Such an air injection type signboard (aka air signboard) is placed on the ground, and is equipped with a blower, a motor, and a lighting device for generating air pressure therein; And a balloon which is fixed to the upper end of the supporting device and inflated by the air pressure.
Conventional backing devices provide a hollow space for installing blowers, motors and lights. The light bulb as the lighting means is installed upright on the floor of the installation space. In recent years, an LED bulb is widely used for energy saving. However, it is to be noted that there is a problem in that when the LED bulb generates a lot of heat and generates heat, the power consumption is increased and the service life is shortened. However, when the LED light bulb is used in the air injection type signboard, since the LED light bulb is installed in the airtight space by the balloon, a lot of heat is generated, but the means for emitting this heat is not suitable. Therefore, there is a problem in that the benefit from using the LED light bulb is not large and the installation cost is increased.
Even when a bulb for generating heat such as an incandescent lamp or a halogen bulb other than an LED bulb is used, there is a problem that the tube fixing the bulb during the holding operation is carbonized due to the generated heat.
It is an object of the present invention to solve the above problems in an air injecting type signboard using an LED bulb to dissipate heat generated from the LED bulb to extend the lifetime of the LED bulb and to reduce power consumption. It is also intended to prevent damage such as carbonization of the part fixing the bulb by the heat generated by the use of the general bulb.
The above object is achieved by a blower for generating air pressure inside a balloon which is inflated by air pressure and on which a pattern for promoting is printed by fixing the balloon, The present invention relates to an inflatable sign board, and more particularly,
The supporting device comprises:
A circular rim for fixing the balloon is provided at the rim and a recessed seat for seating an electric device is provided at the center of the rim;
A cylindrical socket holder for protruding a bulb is formed in the middle of the bottom surface of the seat portion;
And the blower is fixed to the bottom surface of the seat portion.
According to another aspect of the present invention, a vent hole may be provided at one side of the socket holder to dissipate heat through communication of air.
According to another aspect of the present invention, at one side of the socket holder, a vent hole is provided for communicating air; The ventilation hole and the blowing port of the blower may be configured to face each other.
According to another aspect of the present invention, a vent hole is provided on the side of the socket holder for communicating air; A plurality of the ventilation holes may be provided in a planar radial direction.
According to the above configuration, in the air-injecting signboard (aka air signboard) having a bulb as an illumination means, the air generated by the bulb can be released by supplying air to the bulb through the blower. As a result, A lifting device and a supporting device of an air-injected signboard are provided. Further, even in the case of using a general bulb which generates a lot of heat, there is provided a constitution in which a portion for fixing the bulb by heat is not damaged such as carbonization.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings attached hereto. First, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 3. Fig. The remaining drawings are explained where necessary.
The present invention relates to an air-inflated signboard widely installed in the form of a doorway board, and particularly relates to a supporting device which is a component of the airway signboard. As shown in FIG. 5, the air-injecting signboard is composed of a

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the vent holes 33 and 34 may be provided in two planar radial directions as shown in Fig. One of the ventilation holes 33 is a passage through which air is introduced, and the other is a passage through which air is discharged. Although not shown, three or more vent holes 33 and 34 may be provided.
The above description is only a few examples based on the technical idea of the present invention. Those skilled in the art will recognize that various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as expressed in the claims. For example, all of the above-described embodiments may be freely combined and practiced by those skilled in the art, and any combination thereof should be construed as being included in the scope of the present invention.
