(3) 상기 채팅 상담 서비스에 의한 대화 내용을 채팅 데이터베이스에 저장하는 단계;
(4) 상기 매물 정보에 따른 매물의 확인을 한 고객 단말기로부터 허위 매물 신고를 수신하는 단계;
(5) 상기 채팅 데이터베이스에 저장된 상기 중개인 단말기 및 고객 단말기의 대화 내용을 상기 허위 매물 신고를 한 고객 단말기에 전송하는 단계; 및
(6) 상기 고객 단말기의 요청에 따라 상기 대화 내용이 첨부된 상기 매물 정보에 대한 허위 매물 신고를 접수하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 메신저를 이용한 허위 매물 신고 기능을 갖는 부동산 중개 서비스 제공 방법.
