Claims (8)
- 정전용량 터치 제어 디스플레이 패널로서,액정층;상기 액정층 상측에 설치되는 상부 투명기판;상기 액정층 하측에 설치되는 하부 투명기판;상기 상부 투명기판과 상기 액정층 사이에 설치되는 상부 투명도전층;상기 하부 투명기판과 상기 액정층 사이에 설치되는 하부 투명도전층;상기 상부 투명기판 상측에 설치되는 상부 편광판;상기 하부 투명기판 하측에 설치되는 하부 편광판;상기 상부 투명기판과 상기 상부 투명도전층 사이에 설치되는 터치 제어 회로층; 및상기 터치 제어 회로층과 상기 상부 투명도전층 사이에 설치되는 제1 절연층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전용량 터치 제어 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 터치 제어 회로층은 도전막을 포함하고, 상기 도전막의 테두리에는 최소한 하나의 도선이 연결설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전용량 터치 제어 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 터치 제어 회로층과 상부 투명도전층 사이에 잡신호를 막아줌과 동시에 상기 터치 제어 회로층과 상부 투명 도전층 사이를 절연시켜 서로 보호할 수 있는 기능을 가진 보호층이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전용량 터치 제어 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부 투명도전층은 잡신호를 막아주는 보호층으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전용량 터치 제어 디스플레이 패널.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 터치 제어 회로층은 불투명의 금속재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전용량 터치 제어 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1절연층은 칼라 레지스트 층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전용량 터치 제어 디스플레이 패널.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 상부 투명 도전층은 잡신호를 막아주는 보호층으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전용량 터치 제어 디스플레이 패널.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 터치 제어 회로층과 상기 칼라 레지스트 층 사이에 잡신호를 막아주는 보호층이 설치되고, 상기 터치 제어 회로층과 상기 보호층 사이에 제 2 절연층이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전용량 터치 제어 디스플레이 패널.
