Abstract

PURPOSE: A motion picture compression protocol is provided to construct a multimedia information search system and offer super-high-speed motion pictures with high picture quality. CONSTITUTION: Information about all of blank spaces with respect to colors and resolution is encoded in 1 bit (2 byte) and stored. The encoded data is transmitted to a virtual memory. The original motion picture is reproduced from the encoded motion picture image.
